Marktconsultatie Duurzame Gezonde Scholen - Juridische aspecten
Voor wie?
Heeft jouw bedrijf of organisatie expertise en ervaring met de regelgevende en juridische aspecten rond een gezond binnenklimaat in (school) gebouwen? Ben jij een aankoopverantwoordelijke, expert aanbesteding, expert regelgevend kader bij de overheid? Dan nodigen we je samen met het Vlaams Energiebedrijf (VEB) en Verhaert New Product & Services graag uit om deel te nemen aan de derde workshop/marktconsultatie die we organiseren voor ons project 'Duurzame en gezonde scholen'.
Uitdaging?
Nieuwe businessmodellen en oplossingen rond een comfortabel en gezond binnenklimaat voor schoolgebouwen moeten passen in een perfect regelgevend en juridisch kader. In deze workshop worden de mogelijke oplossingen en modellen bekeken vanuit een financiële en juridische hoek om zo mogelijke risico’s in te perken.
Doel derde workshop?
Het project ‘Duurzame en gezonde scholen’ vormt een uitdaging op zowel technologisch, financieel als juridisch vlak. Deze aspecten komen in drie opeenvolgende workshops aan bod.
Terwijl we in de eerste workshop nagaan in hoeverre de markt technologische oplossingen kan aanreiken om de scholen te voorzien van een comfortabel en gezond binnenklimaat, en de tweede workshop verschillende partijen bij elkaar brengt om nieuwe businessmodellen voor deze uitdaging uit te werken, focust de derde workshop tot slot op de juridische aspecten die aan dit project verbonden zijn.
Eens de uitdaging in al zijn aspecten duidelijk is, kunnen het VEB en PIO overgaan tot de opmaak en publicatie van het opdrachtdocument.

De marktconsultatie gaat door op dinsdag 3 juli van 13u00 tot 16u00 in de kantoren van het Vlaams Energiebedrijf (VEB), Koninklijk Pakhuis, Havenlaan 86C bus 301 (4e verd.), 1000 Brussel.

Market Consultation Sustainable and Healthy Schools - Legal aspects
For whom?
Does your company or organisation have expertise and experience in the regulatory and legal aspects of a healthy indoor climate in (school) buildings? Are you a procurement manager, expert 'public tendering', governmental expert 'regulatory framework'? Then we invite you, together with the Flemish Energy Company (VEB) and Verhaert New Product & Services, to participate in the third workshop/market consultation that we organise for our 'Sustainable and Healthy Schools' project.
Challenge?
New business models and solutions for a comfortable and healthy indoor climate for school buildings must fit into a perfect regulatory and legal framework. This workshop looks at the possible solutions and models from a financial and legal angle in order to limit possible risks.
Purpose of the third workshop?
The 'Sustainable and Healthy Schools' project poses technological, financial and legal challenges. These aspects will be addressed in three consecutive workshops.
While in the first workshop we explore to what extent the market can provide technological solutions to provide schools with a comfortable and healthy indoor climate, and the second workshop brings together different stakeholders to develop new business models for this challenge, the third workshop focuses on the legal aspects related to this project.
Once the challenge is clear in all its aspects, VEB and PIO can proceed with the preparation and publication of the tender document.

The market consultation will take place on Tuesday 3 July from 13h00 to 16h00 in the offices of the Flemish Energy Company (VEB), Koninklijk Pakhuis, Havenlaan 86C bus 301 (4th floor), 1000 Brussels.
