Wie zoeken we?
In het project "Predictief onderhoud op sluisdeuren" willen we samen met het Departement Mobiliteit en Openbare Werken (MOW) de sluis van Evergem uitrusten met sensoren.
Daarvoor zijn we op zoek naar integratoren en leveranciers van professionele oplossingen voor plaatsing op sluisdeuren en de nabije omgeving, die een pragmatische uitrol van sensoren en uitlees-apparatuur kunnen verzorgen en zo de nodige meetwaarden kunnen aanleveren.
Eveneens nodigen we graag leveranciers van innovatieve sensoren en onderzoeksgroepen uit die een professionele oplossing kunnen leveren of expertise hebben voor de specifieke uitdaging van monitoring in een sluisomgeving.
Doel project
Het Departement Mobiliteit en Openbare Werken (MOW) wil met behulp van geavanceerde data-analyse komen tot een predictief onderhoud van de sluizen.
Als input voor de data willen ze de sluisdeuren uitrusten met diverse sensoren en de nieuwe gecapteerde data en info combineren met reeds bestaande data. Enerzijds kunnen de data van de sensoren relevant zijn voor directe toepassingen, maar anderzijds willen we de nieuwe en bestaande data ook gebruiken om voorspellende variabelen te definiëren.
Als piloot stelt MOW de sluisdeuren van Evergem voor omdat de sluis in het voorjaar van 2021 wordt drooggezet en we beschikken over drie identieke puntdeuren.
Doel marktconsultatie
Tijdens de marktconsultatie willen we de behoeften vanuit MOW en de sluisbeheerders 'matchen' met (deel-)oplossingen beschikbaar op de markt. Het is de bedoeling om na te gaan in hoeverre ondernemingen concrete oplossingen kunnen aanreiken voor de behoeften en noden van MOW, en hoe innovatief, haalbaar (qua tijd, budget, ontwikkelingstraject, enz.) en schaalbaar deze oplossingen zijn om op korte termijn uit te rollen.
Hiervoor kijken we in de eerste plaats naar bedrijven die een vlotte uitrol kunnen verzorgen te Evergem, maar eveneens naar leveranciers van sensortechnologie zodat deze technologieën kunnen meegenomen worden in een totaaloplossing.
Voor een vlotte discussie en goed resultaat is het aangewezen om uw bedrijf of onderzoeksgroep te laten vertegenwoordigen door een medewerker met technologische expertise (eerder dan door een sales- of PR-medewerker). Zij kunnen doorgaans beter en sneller inschatten wat de technologische oplossingen kunnen zijn voor elke behoefte of gewenste functionaliteit.
Er wordt geen voorbereiding (in de vorm van presentaties, pitches of dergelijke) verwacht van de deelnemende bedrijven en organisaties. Addestino zal de discussie interactief aanpakken en modereren.
De uitkomst van de marktconsultatie moet MOW in staat stellen om een geschikte (innovatieve) oplossing voor de gestelde behoefte te laten ontwikkelen, testen en/of aan te kopen via een overheidsopdracht.
Waar en wanneer?
De marktconsultatie gaat door op donderdag 3 september 2020, 13:00 tot 17:00. Wegens de Covid19-maatregelen zal de marktconsultatie volledig online plaatsvinden. Na inschrijving hieronder, zal u de link voor deelname ten laatste op 1 september via e-mail ontvangen.
Indien er deelnemers zijn die het Nederlands niet machtig zijn, zal de marktconsultatie in het Engels gehouden worden.
Indien u er niet bij kan zijn op 3 september, de resultaten van de marktconsultatie zullen publiek beschikbaar gesteld worden via deze website.

Who are we looking for?
Within the project "Predictive maintenance on lock gates" we want the lock of Evergem to be equipped with sensors. Therefor we are looking for integrators and suppliers of professional solutions for installation on lock gates and surrounding areas, who can provide a pragmatic roll-out of sensors and readout equipment and thus provide the necessary measurement values.
Also we would like to invite suppliers of innovative sensors and research groups that can provide a professional solution or have expertise for the specific challenge of monitoring in a lock-environment.
Aim of the project
The Department of Mobility and Public Works (MOW), within the Flemish Government, wants to arrive at a predictive maintenance of the locks by means of advanced data analysis.
As input for the data, we want to equip the lock gates with various sensors and combine this new data and information with existing data. On the one hand the data from the sensors can be relevant for direct applications, but on the other hand we also want to use the new and existing data to define predictive variables.
MOW will use the Evergem lock gates as a pilot project because the lock will be dried next year and we have three identical mitre gates at our disposal.
Aim of the market consultation
During the market consultation we want to 'match' the needs from MOW and the lock managers with (partial) solutions available on the market. The aim is to find out to what extent companies can provide concrete solutions for the needs and requirements of MOW, and how innovative, feasible (in terms of time, budget, development trajectory, etc.) and scalable these solutions are to be rolled out in the short term.
For this purpose, we look in the first place at companies that can provide a smooth roll-out at Evergem, but also at suppliers of sensor technology so that these technologies can be included in a total solution.
For a smooth discussion and a good result, it is advisable to have your company or research group represented by an employee with technological expertise (rather than a sales or PR employee). They will usually be able to assess better and faster what the technological solutions can be for each need or desired functionality.
No preparation (in the form of presentations, pitches or the like) is expected from the participating companies and organizations. Addestino will approach and moderate the discussion interactively.
The outcome of the market consultation should enable MOW to have a suitable (innovative) solution developed, tested and procured through a public tender.
Where and when?
The market consultation will take place on Thursday 3 September 2020, 1pm to 5pm (CEST). Due to the Covid19 measures, the market consultation will take place online. After subscription (in the form below) we will send you the link for participation a few days in advance (no later than 1 September).
If there are participants who do not speak Dutch, the market consultation will be held in English.
If you are unable to attend on 3 September, the results of the market consultation will be made available through this website.
